THE CREW.

Every big idea needs the right people around it. Meet the cast that makes Jack's world go round — one napkin scribble and one colour-coded notebook at a time.

Protagonist · Age 11

jack squat

Jack Squat is eleven years old with messy hair, one perpetually untied shoe, and an empty wallet that is driving him absolutely crazy. There's a sign on his wall that says "FUTURE MILLIONAIRE?" — note the very deliberate question mark.

He's not the most prepared, the most organized, or the most book-smart kid in the room. But Jack has something a lot of kids don't: he genuinely refuses to accept "that's just how it works" without understanding why. He asks questions until he gets real answers — not because he's annoying, but because he actually needs to know.

He learns the hard way, every time. He loses 75 cents before learning what profit means. He spends before he knows his costs. But he never makes the same mistake twice — because each failure comes with a lesson he actually remembers.

"WHY DID NOBODY TELL ME THIS BEFORE."

— JACK SQUAT, AFTER FINALLY UNDERSTANDING PROFIT

" Charge more than you spend. Keep the difference. That's it. That's the whole thing. WHY DID NOBODY SAY THIS SOONER.
